Room 01 · The platformsChalk up. Load heavy. Drop the bar.
Olympic platforms, calibrated plates, competition racks and specialty bars — and nobody asking you to keep it down. This floor was built by a competitive lifter because the commercial gyms wouldn't allow the training.
→ past the chalk bowl, out onto the blue

Room 02 · The floorBlue steel, wall to wall.
The machines here are royal blue for a reason — it's the house colour, and the house takes equipment seriously. Machine rows, dumbbells past the century mark, cable stacks, cardio, conditioning tools.
Beginners get a hand without asking twice. Competitors get depth they can't outgrow. The reviews keep saying the same thing: everyone is welcome on this floor.
→ the board by the door, where the training lives
Room 03 · The boardPick your discipline.
Five ways to train here. Every one of them coached by someone who competes.
→ it's 3 a.m. and the fob still works

Room 04 · The nightThe 3 a.m. set counts too.
Your fob works every hour of every day, all year. Early flights, night shifts, new-parent windows, insomnia PRs — the floor is yours when your life says so, not when a front desk does.
→ six blocks west, into the new one
Room 05 · DowntownDowntown just got a serious gym.
717 6 Ave SW, main floor. Towel service, hot saunas, premium changerooms — and the same rule as every Kings floor: real training welcome.

The core is refilling — the City of Calgary's Downtown Office Conversion Program has twenty-one projects underway, turning empty office towers into 2,667 new homes. If you're moving in, your gym is already here. Source: City of Calgary, Downtown Office Conversion Program.
→ back at the desk, someone knows your name
Room 06 · The familyKing is a surname, not a boast.
Leo King grew up in Southampton, England, landed in Calgary at nineteen, and took a kinesiology degree at the University of Calgary. He competes as a WNBF Professional natural bodybuilder and a raw powerlifter — and in 2013 he started training clients because commercial gyms kept getting in the way.
The first Kings floor opened in 2015. Now there are three, run with Charlotte — and the owners still answer the reviews, know the regulars, and walk the tours themselves.
"Whether you are a pro or beginner, you always feel welcome."
Member review · Google"The owners couldn't be nicer people — and it's dog friendly as well."
Member review · GooglePhysiotherapy, massage and chiropractic care, in-house at Kings — because recovery is part of the program, not an errand across town.
Room 07 · The pricePrices on the wall, where they belong.
No contract. No cancellation fee. Hold anytime.
Every membership includes 24/7 access to all three gyms. Prices as published by Kings Fitness, July 2026.
You've seen the floor. Come lift on it.
The real tour takes twenty minutes at any location — meet the coaches, walk the platforms, bring the dog. No pitch, no contract to dodge. There isn't one.
